Bullying

Bullying

Bullying is defined as being verbally or physically aggressive towards another person. It is estimated that 20-30% of children in grades 6-12 are bullied at school with an additional 6% also being bullied through electronic methods (social media sites, cellular phones, etc.). Bullying has serious negative impacts including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties, and even thoughts of self-harm.
