Nominations are currently being solicited for two positions on WVPA’s Board of Directors. Volunteer yourself or nominate a colleague to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. Nominations must be submitted by August 18, 2017. The term of these positions will begin January 1, 2018. All of the offices are open to both Members and Fellows for voting.
Members of the WVPA Board of Directors have the responsibility to govern the association and set policy. In addition to that major role, each board member has specific responsibilities. The Board of Directors roles that are open currently are listed below.
Please enter the name of the person you are nominating on the appropriate form below and enter your name in the nominated by box. Check the box if you have confirmed that the member is willing to serve if elected. Please provide the names of three (2) members in good standing who are willing to endorse the nominee. The Nominations Committee will establish the slate of candidates, but any member who is nominated and endorsed by at least 3% of the membership will appear on the ballot, providing that person meets the requirements of office and is willing to serve.
